"Agnes Ln" is more "Agnes" than "Ln"

After a slow, doubtful start I decided once again to cross the Rubicon and venture into the wilds of Calpella. The journey was good. East Side Calpella Road was, as usual, quiet and cool and beautiful. At one point a turkey (yes, literally, a turkey) jogged alongside until his vineyard came to an end, and I laughed at the appropriateness of this motivation—one turkey urging another to fight the good fight.

Before heading home I went by Observatory Park to check out the new changes. It is now my favorite park in Ukiah. It seems like just a few years ago the place was a big mess. Now it’s really impressive, a nice place to play frisbee or walk a dog or something.
